how do we get started?
Invitation! Please sign up for a Free Discovery Session phone call. This is a time to introduce yourself, meet me, and get your questions answered. To submit your request for a Free Discovery Session, press here.

Fees
Coaching calls are 60 minutes.  I offer 4 sessions for $500. 
Or, if you would like to have a single session, the fee is $140. 

Here’s how it works:
•    Follow your heart. If it tells you it’s time to begin coaching with me, then contact me here and let me know.
•    Together we will schedule an appointment time.
•    Next, I will send you a Paypal invoice.
•    You will send payment before your coaching appointment.
•    Before your first appointment, I will send you an Intake Form. 

​Within the United States, coaching takes place by phone. You will call me.
I meet International clients meet via Skype.
   
what happens in a coaching session?
Coaching is a journey. It takes time to make changes. We aim for goals, explore values, find out who you really are and what you really need to live a happy, fulfilling life. We will work on clearing the challenges in your way. We will brainstorm, strategize and revise. And Success is always celebrated, even the small ones.​
what to expect
​Expect to put in some time outside the coaching session to practice the tools and techniques we will explore.

Expect change. We will be looking at the patterns and habits that are in the way of your desired lifestyle. And then explore and practice new choices that are in alignment with your essential self.

WHAT TOOLS OR TECHNIQUES DO YOU COMMONLY USE WHEN YOU COACH?
​Everyone is unique, and my coaching tools and techniques will vary by client and by particular objective. I have a fine tool chest of strategies. These tools and strategies will help you navigate all sorts of challenges you may encounter. And you will find them useful after you have concluded the Coaching Relationship. 
what if I don't think I'm creative?
The simple answer is you don’t have to be "creative" to coach with me. But, there are creative tools that I like to introduce that are very effective strategies to effect change. They are simple. They are fun. And anyone can do them.​

Overall my life is fine, i just need help with one specific project.
​No problem.  I have worked with some clients who are stressed in many areas of their lives, and others who are living a happy and balanced life but who have a specific project that is troubling them. We can work together for good, based on your area of focus.
